Tillyard, and Jan Harold Brunvand. “Rewritings and Appropriations†collects seven adaptations of The Taming of the Shrew from the last four centuries, by John Fletcher, David Garrick, Cole Porter, and Charles Marawitz. A Selected Bibliography is also included.
