From Rescue Shelter To Home Shelter: (How A Feline Named Patience Changed My Point-Of-View)
In 2006 my eldest daughter returned to our home in Cutler Bay, South Florida for a six months stay and brought her pet feline, Patience, along. Although I was not keen on the idea, I agreed (albeit) under considerable pressure. I was never a 'Cat Person' as such and, quite frankly, never imagined having one of those furry little buggers around … much less living with one. Although I was initially insistent that the Cat's stay was going to be a short term situation, Patience eventually grew on both my wife and I so much so that we became very fond of the little Feline. This is therefore not only a photo storyline about how Patience conned her way into our home, and eventually into our hearts, but also how having her around really changed my point-of-view about Cats.

Winston, my significant other & I really enjoyed reading your book. I like your writing style and it was funny to say the least.
Incidentally, you are an excellent photographer too. Your photographs should be published in the National Geographic Magazine.

These are some incredible cat portraits. I always liked cats that belonged to other people. (LOL) But they show up all hungry and sad and just wrap themselves around your heart. Congrats on your book.

That's great Winston and congratulations. I tried ordering through Amazon.com, but (apparently) they haven't uploaded the book information as yet. I'll wait a week or so and try again.
If the pics of Patience is anything thing like the pics appearing in JPG Magazine, you've got a real winner there buddy. Good luck with sales.

WOW, that's great Winston. I have not seen a copy as yet, but I read your Personal Posting on JPG Magazine the other day about your new book. Can’t wait to get a copy as my family and I are very fond of Cats. In fact we have four and they have been with us now for five … six years. You are an excellent Photographer so I can’t wait to see your pictures of Patience. Hope you can visit the Philippines soon.

Winston thanks ever so much for the advance copy. Your book is funny and very imaginative. My wife Chen simply could not put it down. You have us thinking (now) about adopting my Uncle's Cat. As for the photographs of your Cat (Patience), they are simply superb and very well done. Congratulations!
