Weston Blelock was born in Montreal, Canada and grew up in Woodstock, NY. He received his early education in Scotland. During summer vacations he enjoyed several of the Sound-Outs, and he also attended the Woodstock Festival of 1969. He later produced and hosted a syndicated radio show in Canada. After returning to Woodstock in 1999, he undertook, among other projects, a second edition of Anita M. Smith's "Woodstock History and Hearsay." This award-winning "art edition" was published by WoodstockArts in 2006. He is principal of WoodstockArts and Vice President of the Historical Society of Woodstock.
