Author Biography

Susan Del Gatto has a degree in social work and currently works in the field as a Management Consultant. Working as a consultant she not only has the ability to help enhance the quality of leadership but has the opportunity to share her passion and knowledge of stress as it pertains to management styles, dealing with difficult people and using positive thinking and relaxation skills to help managers to maintain a healthy work environment.

With professional experience that spans over 30 years, Ms. Del Gatto personally specializes in stress management. She is also owner/operator/writer/editor for www.abc-stress.com, she continuously writes articles for her site and others to offer the public alternatives on how to survive through stressful experiences as well as many tips and techniques on a magnitude of subjects to help reduce or eliminate stress that occurs in every day life.

September 21, 2008, Port Saint Lucie, Fl, Susan Del Gatto, Owner of abc-stress.com, was recognized by Cambridge Who's Who as a professional executive and entrepreneurial for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of stress management.

Ms. Del Gatto has worked diligently over the years to bring awareness to the increasingly overwhelming stress that is mounting worldwide. She is the author of Cobwebs of the Mind: How to Take Control of Stress, which delves into the complexities of overwhelming stress, its devastating effects, and many methods to release your mind and body from this stress and Creating Balance in a World of Stress to be released June 2009.

Her vision is dedicated to help people from all walks of life to learn to live a more balanced and healthy lifestyle by reducing stress, promoting health, and altering their perceptions to have a more positive outlook on themselves and the world around them.
She actively practices and willing teaches stress reduction techniques that can help relax both the mind and the body.
