Your book premise I find wonderfully refreshing. I'm single and love it. I'm having the time of my life.I've had many chances to get married but just have never felt comfortable with the idea. Maybe it's because I grew up when women were breaking free of classical female roles. Who knows. I just know marriage always made me feel trapped and hindered. It's okay for some, just not me.
