Dear Stacy, I haven't exactly been under a rock, but this is my first discovery of you, your insightful perspective, and your generous, tireless work. I am a PhD psychotherapist who is first and foremost a Christian pastor. Throughout my 39 year career I have worked closely with fellow pastors and rabbis to help bring spiritual wholeness and well-being to the troubled and not so troubled alike. My undergraduate work, by the way, was art and cultural history :-).
I would be fascinated to learn your take on my new, absolutely free, condensed 70 minute reading and commentary of my book Happiness Made Ridiculously Easy. My website offering it, truehappinessnow.net, has been designed to reach the high-tech/low attention span, often values wanting, young adult who, like most of us with information overload, struggle with what is real and what is not. Although my approach is decidedly Christian, I would value your particular cosmopolitan 'kosher' perspective.
I am so grateful to have reached a point in my life where my primary concern is giving away that which is most important and helpful to my family and me, as well as to countless patients and parishioners who had found the information available in an almost 'oxymoronic' title the path of empowerment in every aspect of their lives.
