Author:

Sally Helgesen is an internationally acclaimed author, speaker, and leadership development consultant. Her five books include The Web of Inclusion: A New Architecture for Building Great Organizations, cited in The Wall Street Journal as one of the best books on leadership of all time, and The Female Advantage: Women's Ways of Leadership, hailed as “the classic work” on women's leadership styles, continually in print for eighteen years, and translated into 12 languages.


Speaker:

Sally has developed and delivered customized programs for hundreds of the world’s leading corporations, partnership firms, universities, and non-profits. Clients include Microsoft, IBM, Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, Credit Suisse, Textron, Ernst & Young, Sun Microsystems, KPMG, Fortune Brands, The US Army College of War, The World Bank, and the Office of Public Management, UK. Sally also works privately with entrepreneurs and owners of small but wildly successful businesses as a strategic communications coach.

Leadership Consultant:

Sally has taught at the Harvard Graduate School of Education and Smith College, been visiting scholar at Northwestern University, and has worked with The United Nations in Africa and Asia. Articles about her work have been featured in Fortune, Business Week, and Fast Company, and she has appeared on hundreds of television and radio shows. She is a contributing editor to Strategy + Business magazine, an editorial consultant for Booz Allen Hamilton, and is on the board of Air Force University, a federal advisory position.
