Robert Lamb is the author of three novels: Striking Out, a PEN/Hemingway Award nominee; Atlanta Blues, an Edgar nominee; and A Majority of One, his latest novel. He is also the author of a collection of his work titled Six of One, Half Dozen of Another (Stories & Poems + 1) He teaches at the University of South Carolina and has published the works of his students in The Class Menagerie -- A Collection of Short Stories Out of USC and The Class Menagerie II -- More Short Stories Out of USC. "Black Coffee," a short story by Lamb, appeared in the summer/fall 2008 issue of Ep;phany, A Literary Journal, and another of his short stories, "R.I.P.," won the 2009 S.C. Fiction Project. I'm working on two novels -- first on one, then on the other.

Writing, reading, listening to modern jazz and good rock 'n' roll, especially the blues.
