Robert N. Going is a former New York State Family Court Judge, who also served as a City Court Judge, Social Services Attorney, Assistant District Attorney, Assistant Public Defender and Corporation Counsel of the City of Amsterdam, NY where he lives with his wife Mary. They are the proud parents of four accomplished children and have one dee-lightful granddaughter, all of whom are benign influences on his writing.

From time to time he has hosted an occasionally controversial radio talk show, "Whadyatalk".

Judge Going is the author of a well-received murder mystery, The Evil Has Landed. He is currently at work on a sequel, "White Powder: A Tale of Ground Zero" and a collection of Latin Club songs from the pen of Sister Anna Roberta, CSJ.
