Rev. Dr. Richard Rouse currently serves as adjunct staff for the Grand Canyon Synod (ELCA) as a parish consultant and pastoral coach. He is a trained spiritual director, author, and popular conference speaker; and teaches in Luther Seminary's Doctor of Ministry program on missional leadership. President of North American Association for the Catechumenate (NAAC), Rouse previously served as Executive Director for Church Relations and Cont. Theological Education at Pacific Lutheran University. He is featured along with arsonist Paul Keller in the film "Forgiveness: A Miracle of Love" and has appeared on NBC Dateline, the Oprah Winfrey Show, Forensic Files, and various TV documentaries. He is married to Beth Lewis, President and CEO of Augsburg Fortress Publishers.
