Rebecca Copeland is the author of “Converging NGN Wireline and Mobile 3G Networks with IMS”, which is a technical and informative book for Telecom professionals. Rebecca has also published many white papers and articles, in journals such as the BT Technical Journal and the Journal of Telecom Management, studies such as the Moriana’s IMS reports and other organisations such as the ICIN procedure publications.
Rebecca Copeland is an independent Communications professional, currently serving as a senior Core Network Consultant in Huawei’s European Marketing, supporting major network transformation projects in Europe. She has also delivered a strategic study to BT’s Group CTO on 21C IMS Enterprise solutions. During the previous twelve years in Marconi UK (now Ericsson), Rebecca managed a range of products including IN Applications, Billing and Unified Messaging, but most importantly she drove the vision and architecture for the SIP and IMS products from their inception.
