Author Biography

Peter Adediran is the principal solicitor admitted in England and Wales at Peter Adediran Internet Lawyers. The firm Peter Adediran Internet Lawyers is regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority under number 511025.

Drawing from a career spanning both sides of the Atlantic, Peter is an acclaimed specialist in Internet Law. In fact, Peter has practiced Internet Law since qualifying as a solicitor during the late 90s. He initially worked at a number of UK law firms including: Lovell White Durrant and Osborne Clarke. He then worked in-house as company solicitor for Angelweb Limited and the Bibliotech Group. He then became founder and principal consultant of Tomorrows Law.Com, a legal consultancy and portal. The company specialised in advising small and medium sized companies on all aspects of doing business on the Internet. A key client was Friends Provident Group who Peter advised on e-commerce and intellectual property matters.

More recently, Peter was a Professor of Business, Law and the Internet at the European University in Barcelona, Spain. He is the author of: A Practical Guide to Business Law and the Internet, published 2002, ISBN 9780749437343. This highly praised book was one of the first to cover business, law and how they relate to the Internet industry for day-to-day practical use.

Building on his abundant experience in the legal, corporate, consultancy and academic arena, Peter’s current practice focuses on intellectual property, media, e-commerce and internet law. He is bilingual speaking both English and Spanish fluently.

Education
Peter qualified as a solicitor with The Brough Skerrett Law Partnership in 1999. He holds an Associate of Arts degree from Pasadena City College, California. An LLB law degree from Buckingham University; PGdip in legal practice from University of West of England and an Msc Multimedia Computing for eCommerce from Brunel University.

Peter enjoys martial arts, mountain climbing, European history, rugby, discovering new technology and Internet applications.
