Simply stating, that the easiest way is not always the best way to accomplish positive lasting results in life. When we neglect or reject the leadership that God provides through the Holy Trinity we suffer the consequences. Sometimes it takes a lot longer to get out from under those consequences than it took for us to get into the situation that caused them. But, God is faithful and just to forgive us and restore us, but one day you just have to grow up and put away childish things!
