Author Biography

Growing up in Vermont, Patric watched bread being made, pickles ready for the canner and pies cooling in the window. Now, you can experience some of the same recipes, with a twist! Let your mind and imagination grow with new uses and combinations of flavors and smells.
Current Projects:
Currently owning Patrics, Breakfast, lunch and More, with a second book waiting in the wings. "a little sumpin sumpin, nothing but finger food" will teach even the most novice cook.
Charities/Causes:
Patric has partenered with the local PAWS of Avow Hospice for all his charity works.
