Author Biography

Milian France is an author and illustrator of ESL and Adult Literacy books, Self-Help books and fiction. She was raised in New Mexico, and has lived in Greece, Hawaii and Ireland, but considers the Los Angeles area of Southern California home. She is also a now non-active member of the Writers Guild of America, west, and was included in Who's Who In Special Education in 1974.
Influences/Inspirations:
Ray Bradbury, Charles Schultz, Edward Anhalt.
Favorite Writers and Artists:
Tamora Pierce, L.J.Smith, Stephanie Meyer.
Current Projects:
KEBANI! - a sci fi fantasy novel about a world in which New Thought principles are already a given and in action.
LIGHT NIGHTS OF THE SOUL - A compilation of short stories about "high level" beings who help people after traumatic death collect themselves and square away unfinished wonders so they can move on.
Interests:
Science of Mind, young adult fiction, painting, dance, volunteering.
Family:
COLLIN COLBERG, youngest son, a machinist who makes custom camera accessories for the motion picture industry.
TED PARKER, eldest son, a Massage Therapist in North Hollywood.
