Author Biography

Michael G. Brown, born in Quebec in 1980, lives in Ontario, Canada with his wife, JC. His peers regard him as an intelligent but modest individual who can always put a smile on anyone’s face. He likes to consider himself among the most honorable of men, for he lives his life by a set of morals that he often states is lost upon the world of today. Besides his beautiful wife and son, he has the love of his friends and believe it or not, his in-laws, who he considers all sacred to him.

Also, a passage from my book, The Avatar And The God: The Summoning, was used in the definition of Pantheon on the internet. Here it is:

"When enough beings place their faith in a false god, that god starts to manifest itself as an essence among the pantheon of gods. Sometimes that essence disappears with the eradication of its believers, most of the time, due to war, cataclysms, or their planet being destroyed. If one of these essences becomes strong enough, it will become real and take its place among the pantheon beside the other gods." -- Michael G. Brown, 'The Avatar and the God: The Summoning'

This book was written by an author from my own home town. It was a really good read and I'm looking forward to his next book in the series. It will be out very soon.

My work quoted in a definition

pantheon \PAN-thee-on; -uhn\ (noun) - 1 : A temple dedicated to all the gods; especially (capitalized), the building so called at Rome. 2: The collective gods of a people; as, a goddess of the Greek pantheon. 3 : A public building commemorating and dedicated to the famous dead of a nation. 4 : A group of highly esteemed persons.

Pantheon comes from Greek pantheion, "temple of all the gods," from pan-, "all" + theos, "god."
