Lynn Gardner is an avid storyteller who does careful research to back up her high-adventure, fast-paced romantic suspense. She loves weaving historical facts and authentic locations into exciting stories with intriguing fictional characters.

Her books have been described as a combination of Tom Clancy, James Bond and Nancy Drew: Tom Clancy because of the fast-paced, non-stop action, James Bond for all the spy gadgets, and Nancy Drew because Allison, her protagonist, finds trouble around every corner. During college, two of Lynn's children worked at the Spy Factory and supplied her with the latest spy technology.

Born and raised in Idaho, Lynn has lived all over the United States while her husband spent 25 years in the Air Force. He retired to work in Aerospace, thus they ended up living in California. They have four children and enjoy traveling, playing golf, walking on the beach, and spoiling their 12 grandchildren. They just celebrated their 50th anniversary.
