Lori is internationally known for her poetry. Requisitioned by Noble House, she has been published in five different anthologies, Twilight Musings, Songs of Honor, Best Poems and Poets of 2005, Best Poems and Poets of 2007, and Collected Whispers. She has also received the Editor’s Choice Award and the Noble House Poet Fellowship Award for her poetry in 2007. Her first book Tales of the Tree People “To tree…or not to tree?” was traditionally published and released in November of 2006. It won an honorable mention at the San Francisco Book Festival, New York Book Festival, and Hollywood Book Festival for children's books in 2009.
