I work in a call center in Dallas. I never thought anyone would understand the kind of stuff we go through every day while we are on shift until I read HANDLE TIME. This is my favorite book in the whole world! Once I read it, I decided to read the other books that Lincoln Park has put out. The other ones are great too -- but HANDLE TIME is the book I can most identify with. I just don't understand why somebody hasn't already turned this book into a movie! Nowadays, all you see are Judd Apatow movies with Seth Rogen in them. Girls can be funny, too. I think HANDLE TIME deserves a shot in Hollywood -- because there is just NO other book out there that breaks down the experience of working inside of an American call center the way this book does. Lincoln Park is my favorite author, now. I've been telling EVERYBODY. You CANNOT put this book down! It's too good!
