The first verse of the Book of Revelation tells the Author, the recipients and the time of the events mentioned in the book. The Greek word "ginesthai" is aorist infinitive which means the book is about things which already happened. It gives details about the crucifixion not contained in the Gospels and identifies the three major forces used by Satan to control and destroy people.
