I appreciate how the author translates her own experiences into information I can use to help MY situation. She doesn't just report to the reader about her life; she says, "Here's how YOU can do it." I enjoy the scope of advice she gives, from broad (start saving) to specific (how to label a coupon holder, which may sound simple, but it can be overwhelming). I have used Ms. Wilson's tips to save hundreds of dollars in the past 3 months. This is due, partly, to the worksheets found in the appendix. I would highly recommend Live Cheap & Free as a jumping off point to saving money and freeing up your time.
