A Real Time Saver!
I wish I would have had a copy of this book months ago. The book is full of excellent tips for authors on promotiing their books, especially via the internet. Rather than learn by trial and error, Jo-Anne lays it all out in a clear concise format. I highly recommend this book for anyone seeking to promote their writing.

A Book to Keep!
I have started Jo Anne's book and have used many of the suggestions she makes for authors to do when marketing their book. It is a book to keep handy and continue to use as you go deeper into the marketing of your writings.

Jo Anne seems to have used all the marketing techniques in the book and helps the new author from falling into the pitfalls of the sharks out there that promise your book to be on the NY Best seller list my next Christmas.

Get it and use it. That is the type of book it is.

The best how-to book I have ever read...!
Premium Promotion Tips for Writer is by far the best how-to book I have ever read! Not only because of the valuable information contained in it (and there was a ton), but because of the authors presentation of the information, this book was actually fun to read. Reading this book did not feel like work at all. Jo-Anne's voice and bright smile came through the text on every page. I found myself stopping after every other page to make the changes she recommended to all of my websites. They were so simple and obvious, yet I had no idea what I was doing wrong until she shared her experiences and tips with me.

It does not matter if you are promoting a book, a business or an upcoming special event; you have got to get this book to help you get the word out to millions of people in a very cost effective (free) way. I highly recommend Premium Promotional Tips for Writers, you will not be disappointed. Or don't get this book and leave those millions of customers for me! Thanks Jo-Anne!

Selling Books the Easy (Hard) Way!
Ms Vandermeulen strikes at the heart of the problems encountered by authors who are less than adept at promoting their talents and products. I had a slight problem with the frequency with which she toots her own horn, however, doing so seems to be in vogue.

She offers a practical and detailed outline to the web that, if followed, would certainly enhance one's sales. Small caveat: you must already be websmart in order to take advantage of her suggestions. Many of the things that she recommends are beyond my grasp.

I will use her outline as a go-by and seek expert help on how to do the specific maneuvers.

As the title suggests, I couldn't wait to write this review. As a matter of fact, I'm not even finished with the book...but I'm close. Only a few more pages and I'll be finished. And I can promise you one thing...I'll be keeping this book close by for years to come!

It's everything that I had hoped for. Basic, easy to follow, common sense tips on how to market books in the digital and virtual age. Ms. Vandermeulen's clear, concise approach makes the almost mystical haze of online marketing easy to grasp for the most neophyte of Internet users. And just to be sure, she includes a very good glossary in the back of the book to help you understand strange, almost ethereal concepts such as "tags" and "blogs".

My own novel, Primal Thirst, has been on the market for more than a year. It's been successful to some degree, no thanks to my bungling attempts at marketing. I wish I'd had this book a year ago. Thankfully, I'll be re-releasing the book through my new small press publishing company and will be using the principles set forth in Premium Promotional Tips for Writers every step of the way! For all the books we publish! I can't stress to you enough...if you're a writer and you have a book published or about to have one published (as she says, if you wait to get it published, it might be too late!), you owe it to yourself to get this book and "conquer all obstacles"!

Jo-Anne Vandermeulen has a winner with her latest book "Premium Promotional Tips for Writers" - it's an explosion of information on the battlefield of book selling. There was no book deal for me with a large publishing house. Because I self-published and printed with a traditional press, I needed help with promotion. I was stuck without effective marketing maneuvers, and Jo-Anne came through in a big way! "Premium Promotional Tips for Writers" has all you need for an effective do-it-yourself strategy that will help implement her winning ideas, and stifle the advancing army of "book killers" that can defeat even the best laid plans. You can gain control of your book's destiny and reap the benefits of good, thoughtful guidance by putting into practice what Jo-Anne shares in her book. I highly recommend "Premium Promotional Tips for Writers" as a valuable tool in your book marketing portfolio.
