I wanted eating to be healthy for my family, with out being boring. Living in America with Caribbean roots that are of African origins. I put together vegetarian meals that are tradition and my own creations and twist. Family and friends look forward to special occasions and affairs. Involve children in meal planning and preparing the meals, the learning process is rewarding and educational they then want to eat because they prepared it.
There a re different types of vegetarians;
Ovo-Lacto; No meat or fish little dairy and eggs
Lacto Vegetarian; No meat or fish little dairy, no eggs
Vegan; No meet, or fish no dairy, no eggs
Raw; UN cooked vegetables its natural source
In this book there are recipes to satisfy each type of vegans that are out of the ordinary that can be used for meal planning and side dishes.
