"Employer Hiring Practices that Discriminate Against Women in the United States"

Although much research is done in business law, little of this work has focused on the relationship of gender and hiring practices. This study explains how those in management behave with regard to personal appearance, racial background, education, and experience of female job applicants. The practices of those in human resources or the owners is important because it will open up more doors for women everywhere to achieve their dream to work anywhere without fear of discrimination. In the end, organizations and women will benefit because people are more self-aware of in the realm of management.
