Dan R. Dick is an ordained United Methodist minister living in Nashville, Tennessee with his wife and sometimes co-author, Barbara. Dan has served the church in some capacity for over 30 years -- first as a director of Christian Education in Muncie, Indiana, then as pastor of two thriving churches in Northern New Jersey, then as a national resource trainer and teacher with the General Board of Discipleship. He is a sought-after speaker, specializing in leadership development, strategic planning, systems thinking, critical thinking, stewardship, spiritual formation, communication, and organizational improvement. He is author of 13 books, dozens of articles and blogs, and a broad spectrum of Powerpoint and multimedia presentation materials. He is currently working on two new books for 2009 and 2010.
