Dear Coach, Are your players fortunate to have you! Thanks for having the drive to put your practical, proven theories into a medium available beyond the scope of your immediate impact. As a longtime author of who is nevertheless new to this site, I am particularly impressed by those whose writings are inspired by what they do and their desire to help others, as opposed to those who write primarily because "that's what writers do."
Particularly with regards to your "jump start" focus, I can imagine how important your concern is for players' 'wholeness.'
