Claire and her book are an inspiration.
I read her book and was inspired by her conviction to use God's plan for healthy eating to save her children. I believe that she has truly been preserved to serve through this book and through her own experience with illness. Reading her book reminds us that God who created our bodies knows what is good for it and with faith in his we can conquer if we follow his plan. People need to realize that you are what you eat.

Claire Power Murphy has written a book that is provocative and worth every person's time to read. It is a keeper for my library because I refer to it for myself and to tell others. It is an extension of the wonderful person she is.
