Charles S. Hoff was a Systems Engineer for the Government. He was a key developer/designer/project manager for the ten years it took to develop the famous space-based navigation system Global Positioning System (GPS). He has been a people's attorney licensed before the bar in California and several Federal courts. He was a professional jazz musician. He has written and had published scores of scientific and technical reports both domestically and internationally. He continues to research US History and Economics, to publish papers and blogs, and to confound newspaper pundits by Letters to the Editor, in which he corrects their misstatements.
