Author Biography

Brent Youngs currently lives in Claremore, OK, just oustide of Tulsa. He grew up loving the outdoors and his country home in Dewey, OK.

Imagination is sometimes born out of necessity. Growing up several miles outside Dewey, OK, often times Brent's only companions were his dogs, a fishing pole and a tennis ball. But there were many days during those scorching summers when he morphed into the winning pitcher of game 7 in the World Series or the wilderness man who must learn the ways of his natural world in order to survive. His projects typically contain characters from his own life in settings based on life experiences.

"Writing has always been one of my favorite creative outlets. Since a child I’ve written short stories, poems and songs about anything and everything." Brent has performed, written and directed for the stage.

He's part owner of a small computer company in Tulsa.
