I am a professional radio announcer having had over 40 years expertise in a wide variety of capacities in commercial radio, from New York City to the Carolina's. I am also an awarding winning documentarian and filmmaker, currently in Pre-Production with my first feature film, "LIFE 101...da real skool." I have written over 10 screenplays, numerous plays, 1 sit-com, at least 2 radio dramas, and several currently unpublished books which includes my autobiography entitled "HOW HE MADE A WOMAN OUT OF ME." And before you starting thinking the wrong thing...let me clarify just who the 'He' is...it is God...who without whom I could do nothing.
I hold a BS in Communications and Political Science...which brings me to another book which I have also written...also currently unpublished. It is called "BUSHWACKERS FROM TEXAS...a Black Woman's Essay too Fed Up to Keep Quiet...a political essay." And I have also written a children's book which I did as a class production...while learning Adobe software called Illustrator, which afforded me the opportunity to create all my own illustrations in book.
I am listed in the 2002 and 2003 editions of Who's Who in America. As God is now the sole center of my life now...I try to walk in the steps He has ordered for me. So, all my current works take on my new prespective...as I am now a Woman of God.

Influences/Inspirations:
I have been exceedingly blessed. Frist because God loves me...secondly because He has only given me the best of the best all of my life. Which includes the very best of parents...who have inspired me...encouraged me...and challenged me. I owe them much.
Favorite Writers and Artists:
I love Twinkie Clark's writing as a song writer...Alice Walker...Zora Neal Hurston...Maya Angelou...Gwendolyn Brooks...Bernice Reagon...Susan Taylor...Langston Hughes...Spike LEE etc... And as an actual artist...I really loved the paintings of this man I met at WBLS Circle of Sisters. He painted the greatest paintings of the sea shore...breathtaking in fact.
Current Projects:
I have a feature film project in Pre-Production that I am hoping to been lensing soon. Then I have 3 other books which I actually wrote prior to "THE BISHOP'S WIFE"...'RUN and Go Tell That'...'Bushwackers from Texas...an essay from a Black Woman too Fed Up and to Keep Quiet'...and my children's book...'Little Big Chicken Foot...IT'S GOOD TO HAVE FRIENDS'...as which I hope to publish soon.
Interests:
I love writing. I have always felt that I was a writer...I enjoy it more than anything else. When I am working on a screenplay it is as though I am at the movies. I see and hear everything like you would at the movies. And often I am rushing home to find out just what is going to happen next...as I never feel as though I am telling a story but that someone is telling it to me. Or more so...like I am actually watching the movie unfold before me up on the movie screen as I type it out.
Family:
Well, I am a mother...and the joy of my life is my son and my nieces and nephews, who are all very bright and great people.
