Thank you, kjstephanie! The one stitch decrease is made on the 5th row of the Madiera Leaf Pattern by knitting 2 together, one stitch in from the end of the row. In other words, knit the row to 3 stitches from the end then knit 2 together, k1. Have fun!

Barbara, I love your lacy leaf shawl and have a question. Wave section is multiple of 12 + 1, but leaf is 10 + 6? Do you just K2tog somewhere randomly to get to right st count before starting leaf section?

I went to Pins and Needles and was pleasantly surprised to see a beautiful mobius wrap hanging in the window. (Nice job, whoever knit it!) Can't wait for the temp to drop so I can don one of mine!

Thanks to everyone that came to Pins and Needles for my booksigning on Saturday. We had such a great time! It was wonderful to meet so many enthusiastic knitters and I enjoyed talking with each of you. (Knitters are such interesting/fun people to be around.) I look forward to seeing your finished knitwear!
