Influences/Inspirations:
My greatest inspiration is my mother, Mattie Davis. She sacrificed so much to keep the family together and she is one of the strongest persons I know. I grew up in the 1960’s and early 1970’s. I see so little, which depicts that time of change in a realistic way. So I wrote my first book to document that era. I also want to educate and help people suffering from domestic and sexual violence by writing about my experiences.

Ms. Hudson is currently writing her third book a comedy and a collection of art, which will available to the public.
